Our glass bottle production process includes raw material crushing and mixing, batching, melting, forming, and annealing. Can you make customerized design/ size/ packaging?
Yes, of course, we are glass factory, we can open new glass mould as well as insert paper, logo, packaging as customer’s requirement.
What is your MOQ?
Our MOQ is from 1 pcs to 1000 pcs, different products, size and workmenship, the MOQ will be changed.
Can you provide custom packaging solutions?
Frosting, screen printing, decal, hot stamping, engraving, etc. are all available options. We can also assist with logo design based on your requirements.
How do you control the quality?
We will make samples before mass production , and after sample approved, we willbegin quantity production. Doing 100% inspection during production , then randominspection before packing.
Can we do the logo printing and color painting ?
Yes , we can print your logo according to your Al artwork ,and paint according to yourPANTONE CODE.
